This is my son-in-law's favorite restaurant for breakfast, so whenever we come to visit our daughter, we have breakfast here at least once. The food is always great and the staff has been very kind and accommodating. It's not luxurious, so I only gave them 4 stars on atmosphere, but it's still comfortable. Portions are adequate and prices are reasonable.

This was hands down one of the best breakfast experiences we've had this year! Unfortunately, my phone died, so I didn't take any pictures. The service was GREAT, and our server, Shareese, was absolutely amazing! Her customer service skills were on point. The breakfast special, Big Hit breakfast, was a good choice for a great price! I can't WAIT to return the next time we visit Pueblo! HIGHLY RECOMMEND eating here!

All in all this place is amazing. You will NEVER leave hungry, the prices are great, the food is beyond amazing and the staff is so friendly. Makes you feel right at home! No place in town has my heart like this place does!

I’m 350 miles from home and found a gold mine in this restaurant. I ordered the breakfast burrito and was amazed how quick it was brought out and it was AMAZING!!! Every single server that walked by greeted me with a smile and said hi. If I lived in Pueblo, I would be a regular here.

Staff is amazing, professional, quick, focused on service. Have never been here before and ordered the Tamale Skillet. Was willing to try something different and was not disappointed. Country potatoes were perfectly cook. The tamale was fresh and moist. Green Chilie is home made daily from scratch. Pricing is very fair. Will be back.

Was craving a Monte Cristo and saw they had one on the menu. It was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! Such a treat it comes with raspberry jam instead of cranberry and it was very good! Great food and service!

I've worked in the service industry most of my life. Today at the Southwest Grill, they were extremely busy with the Sunday lunch crowd. I witnessed a display of professionalism, cooperation, and teamwork that I've rarely seen in this sort of high-pressure setting. These people have to serve some very tough customers, and they have to move quick and still stay pleasant. It's damn hard work, but every one from the kitchen to the table was doing their all to not only ensure a superb experience for the customer, but also a safe and streamlined process for each other. My wife and I eat here a few times a week because it's inexpensive, fun, and just great comfort food. Best diner food I've ever had. Best service I've ever received. A lot of other Pueblo restaurants could take a page out of Southwest Grill's book (I'm looking at you Shamrock). Thanks!
